I ought to be writing an event recap for a Christmas event I attended yesterday. But I can’t find the willpower to do it. I really don’t get Indonesian living overseas and hating their homeland. My father lived in Germany for 20+ years, and still he retained his citizenship, his Indonesian taste buds, and love for the country. Sure, the country has been mis-governed and mis-managed for so long. But for him, it was HIS home.
I am now in the US, the land of the free, land where dreams can come true if one works...
